• It's simple, easy and FREE.  Here's how it works.  Fill out the form below and submit it to Cushcity.com and approval of your Web Site.  Once approved Cushcity.com will send you an HTML link to put on your site.  This link will identify and track users coming from your site.  You will receive $0.03 for every unique click* from your site to ours.   Unlike other affiliate programs, referrals from your site do not have to make a purchase for you to start earning money.  You receive your $0.03 commission for EVERY unique click.

• You will also receive a UserName and Password so you can track the unique clicks from your site and watch your commissions grow.

• Commission checks will be issued by Cushcity.com on a quarterly calendar basis when the commissions equal or exceed Fifty Dollars ($50).

Rules and Guidelines for Acceptance

• No pornographic or adult content sites will be approved.

• You may receive commissions from multiple sites, but unique clicks for each site will accrue separately.

• Sites which adhere to, promote, sell, distribute or in any other way are affiliated with the following will not be accepted:   racial or religious discrimination; violence; terrorist activities or paraphernalia; child molestation.

• Promotional "spamming" of any type will result in a site's removal and forfeiture of pending commissions.  Spamming which includes the Cushcity.com link will not be tolerated in any form.  NOTE:   You may, of course, let your friends and associates know about your link to your site.  "Spamming" means you are sending e-mail to individuals or others with whom you do not regularly communicate.

• You must have earned at least $50.00 for the calendar quarter before a check issued.  Any amount under $50.00 will be carried over to the next quarter.  Our calendar quarter starts with the first day of the quarter and ends with the last day of the last month of the quarter.  (For example, the 2nd quarter for the year 2000 starts April 1 and ends June 30.)  You may request any amount under $50 be paid to you, but we will charge a $10.00 processing fee for any such request.

• Cushcity.com reserves the right to change our affiliate commission rate or the terms of this agreement at any time.  However, we will provide written notice to all existing accounts before any changes occur.

• The Cushcity.com logo cannot be changed or altered in any way.

• Do not submit this form unless the e-mail address above is valid. In order to validate your status as a representative, a password will be automatically generated and emailed to you at that address.

• You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any other party.

• You may not amend or waive any provision of this Agreement unless in writing and signed by both parties.

• This Agreement represents the entire agreement between Cushcity.com and you, the Affiliate, and shall supersede all prior agreements and communications of the parties, oral or written.  This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Texas *For the purposes of this Agreement, a unique click is a click through from someone who visits your web site and subsequently clicks through to Cushcity.com.  Our software can detect whether a click is a result of you or the same individual clicking through multiple times during a short time period.  This prevents abuse of our click through system from Affiliates who might try to increase the number of unique clicks by sitting at their own computer and clicking multiple times.
