Cushcity is hosting a DVD release party at our Houston headquarters, midnight June 26 to 2:00 a.m. June 27, 2006.  This special program allows you to join with us in the celebration, in your own home town, and anyone can participate.  Here are the advantages:

• Receive a FREE "Madea's Family Reunion" movie t-shirt (while supplies last)
• Receive DVDs for your friends and others in your community a day before the official release date
• Receive an additional discount off Cushcity's already discounted prices for the three DVDs
• Receive FREE promotional materials, such as invitations to your event, posters, etc.

To schedule your party, you must follow these simple guidelines:

• Order at least ten (10) total of the newly released DVDs in advance.  If you already have a preorder with Cushcity.com, the preorder can be included with your total DVD count.  You may mix titles to get your total of 10. (For example, you may order 4 copies of Madea Goes to Jail, 3 copies of Why Did I Get Married and 3 copies of Madea's Family Reunion MOVIE, for a total of 10.)
• Pay for your DVDs in advance, no later than June 16, 2006.
• If party host determines that he/she will need more DVDs after June 16, more may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, but all DVDs need to be paid for in advance of shipping them to the party host.  Cushcity can only guarantee advance receipt of the number that you pay for in advance by June 16, 2006.)
• Agree, in writing, not to distribute your DVDs until after midnight, Monday, June 26, 2006.
• Schedule your release party between midnight, Monday, June 26 and midnight, Friday, June 30.
• Live in the contiguous U.S.  Not available in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or internationally. 
• FPO/APO:  We will work with individuals at military installations in countries outside the U.S. who want to host a release party.  The DVDs will probably arrive about a week after the release date via priority mail.  Parties hosted at military installations can occur anytime between June 30 and July 31st.
• Report your expected attendance for your release party to Cushcity by June 19, 2006.  Also, report your actual party attendance to Cushcity by Monday, July 3, 2006.  FPO/APO party hosts can report their attendance number within a week after their party occurs.
• Agree, in writing, that Cushcity is only responsible for providing your DVDs and other materials prior to the release party date.  Cushcity accepts no liability for any mishaps that may occur at your release party, e.g., injuries or disagreements.  You will be acting as an agent for Cushcity for the purposes of the release party ONLY.  This does not give party host any title or authority to act as an agent for Cushcity in any other capacity.  Of course, federal prohibitions against duplicating or piracy of DVD product apply to DVDs received by party host.
