Greetings From National Black Book Festival Headquarters:

We are continuing to work diligently as we celebrate our 9th anniversary this year and the 2016 National Black Book Festival will be the best one yet! Actor and author Wendell Pierce is confirmed as a featured author this year. You may be familiar with Wendell from his appearances in the films, "Selma" and "Waiting to Exhale," and the highly-acclaimed TV shows, "The Wire" and "Suits." This will be Wendell's first year appearing at NBBF and we are honored to have him aboard.

Standard registration for the 2016 Festival expires on May 31st. Authors who sign up by May 31st pay only a $100.00 deposit to hold their author table. The remaining balance of $200.00 is not due until July 31st. After May 31st, the registration rate goes up to $350.00 and a 50% deposit will be required. Author tables are already 89% sold as of May 26th and we anticipate selling out completely by July, so if you plan to participate as an author, it would be best to sign up as soon as possible. To register, visit the NBBF web site: http://www.nationalblackbookfestival.com/exhibitors.htm
