Calendar As women, some of our most important friendships come from the unshakable bonds we build with other women. This year, African American Expressions honors these friendships with our Sister Friends calendar featuring the art of up and coming French artist, Nicholle Kobi. Influenced by the lack of diversity in the greater world of beauty, art, fashion, and the intellectual sphere, Nicholle's illustrations celebrate black women in various hues, shapes, and sizes. Nicholle's art has allowed us to create a calendar that reminds us that our Sister Friends will always have our backs. |
