Zeus:  The Avenger poses two questions as relevant today as in 1968:  Who assassinated Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and why?

The novel, a work of historical fiction, probes Dr. King's assassination through the story of Rick Champion, a successful African-American entrepreneur, on a 30-year quest to avenge the murder and ultimately achieve world peace.  Symbolized by the mythical traits of the Greek god Zeus, the novel is an emotionally and intellectually stimulating journey into a world of love and hate, violence and non-violence, conspiracies and counter-conspiracies, success and failure, the natural and the supernatural.

About the Author
Reginald M. Beal is a retired, tenured university professor, author of several published scholarly articles, entrepreneur, astrologer, sports and fitness enthusiast.  He earned an MBA from Washington University and a Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
