How to Place an Order

1) You may fax your credit card number to us after you make your purchase(s). On the Invoice form after you place your order, there is a "Comments" box. Indicate in your comments that you are faxing your credit card number, instead of including it with your order. 2) You may pay for your entire order via U.S. mail, by money order, to our offices at the following address:

Be sure to indicate the book(s) or other products you want to purchase, including title, author and ISBN or product code. For shipping charges, please see shipping info. Include shipping charges with your total and make money orders payable to  We no longer accept personal checks, except from repeat customers.   If this is your first time doing business with, you will need to pay by money order if ordering through the mail.  We do accept company checks, however.

3)  Sales Tax.   There is no sales tax, EXCEPT for Texas residents.  The Texas tax rate is 8.25%.

4)  Purchase Orders. accepts purchase orders from Fortune 1000 companies, government institutions, and public and private educational institutions.  These may be faxed or mailed to the above fax number or address.

DVD Preorders
At, we accept preorders for many upcoming DVD releases.  This is how our preorder process works:
1)    After you place a preorder, you receive an e-mail with a confirmation order number.  A credit card or debit card is required to secure your preorder.
2)    We do NOT charge your credit card until the DVD is released.
3)   About 3 days before your credit card is charged, you receive an e-mail letting you know the DVD is about to be released and that your credit card will be charged on that particular day.  You can notify us in advance if, for some reason, you don’t want the card charged at that time.  You can also give us an alternate date for the credit card transaction, if desire.
4)   If your credit card transaction does not go through for some reason, you will be notified via e-mail.  This may delay the shipment of your order, depending upon how long it takes you to respond.
5)   Your DVD is shipped before the release date, so that you receive the item on or shortly after the official release of the DVD.

Returns Policy

If a DVD, book, or other product arrives in damaged condition (which does happen on rare occasions), we will replace the item at no charge once it is returned to  Please return any damaged products to the above address, and mark the package "Attn:  Returns."  Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

If, after you receive your product, you change your mind regarding your selection, return the items to in their original condition and your credit card will be refunded or a refund check will be issued (depending on how you paid for the order) for the total cost of your products.   DVDs and CDs must be returned unopened.  We do not issue refunds for opened videos, DVDs and CDs.  The exception is for defective product for which a customer would like an exchange.  In these instances, we provide another of the same item.  Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is damaged or there was a shipping error on the part of You can also exchange the product for another, if you desire.  However, you will be billed for shipment of the exchanged item.  Again, the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Cancelling An Order

An order can be cancelled any time before it is shipped by sending an e-mail to and referencing the Order Number, or calling customer service at 1-800-340-5454.   After the order has been shipped, products can be returned according to the above return policy.  Keep in mind that items which are in-stock usually ship within 48 hours of the time an order is placed, so the order must be cancelled promptly for in-stock items.
