About
this Dramatic ProductionWritten and Produced by T. J.

An extraordinary real-life story of a young man and
his strange journey from slick city street life, to the times and life of the greatest man
who ever lived. William Murphy III stars as a young man disillusioned with his
mother's live-in boyfriend, and caught up in a world of trouble because he owes a debt to
a local drug dealer.
Critics have acclaimed "Perilous Times" as "one of the most moving experiences in theater." A gripping, soul-searching, powerhouse musical, "Perilous Times" tells of ills of society and gives a panoramic view of the story of Christ. Like many families, Murphy's family is in turmoil, troubled by a man (Anthony Price) who is afraid to accept the responsibility of marriage and a mother (Regina Murff) whose codependency leads her to accept her man's abusive attitude towards her children. When his brother (Marcus Cole) is shot with a bullet intended for him, Murphy's life hits rock bottom, so it seems. In the midst of his depression and a threat to his life, he is knocked unconscious, when he awakens, he finds himself back in the times of Jesus. It's here that he is visited by the hip angel, who takes him on a journey that will forever change his life. Starring:
